A bit about me - I was born and raised in San Francisco, where I was thrust into the high-pressure world of startups early in my career. As a serial entrepreneur, I’ve earned battle scars from many failed ideas. But I am also the proud owner of Bayview Talent, which has become the go-to firm in Silicon Valley for recruiting high-impact Customer Success (CS) teams.
Customer Success caught my interest almost by chance, but it quickly developed into a passion. Through my work, I’ve partnered with thousands of CS leaders, both as clients and as hiring managers.
